Your involvement is a way to give back to the industry: to improve, protect and enhance it. We would love for you to share your talents and interests with us. You are an asset to the club and we want you to get involved, learn and have fun. Take a moment to browse the various committees to see where you might fit best. Let us know you are available and we’ll put you to work! Besides involvement on a committee, we always are genuinely interested in your feedback about the club. ADDY Awards: The ways to get involved are as numerous as the entry categories! Highlights of the competition are collaterals, call to entries, entry day, judging, and – of course – the ceremony itself.

Public Service: Using our talents, connections and time to help the many wonderful causes in the Ozarks. Our goal is to have a main initiative each year. Got something in mind? Let us know.

Public Relations: We’re communicators, so we might as well make sure the community is abreast of the Ad Club and our happenings. We’ll again be hosting a booth at the Chamber’s Business Expo in October.

Programs: From securing presentations to brainstorming ideas on topics, this committee has an incredibly important job! Know of a topic that would interest the attendees? Well, pass it along soon so we can check it out. Plus, encouraging attendance at the programs is key.

Government Relations: Keeping in the political loop is only beneficial for our industry. The club visits Salute to Legislators’ Day each year. Have an interest in government relations and advertising? That’s great. We’d be glad to have you.

Membership: Members are our great asset. Help us garner interest among ad professionals, find ways to recognize and retain our members and affirm that the organization is worthwhile for their time and money.

Communication: Have ideas for promoting the club, events and news? We’re always looking for better ways to communicate.

Door Prizes: Need we say more? Who doesn’t like winning a door prize? The main task of this committee is collecting them for our various events.

Hospitality: Some good ‘ole Southern hospitality that is. Assist us in making people feel welcome and comfortable at our events. Wanting to network more? Sign up for this one.

Education: It’s important to our group to help further students. We all remember being one. From internships to mentoring to job shadowing to a speakers bureau, there are many ways to give back.

Ad Trivia: Think you’re pretty knowledgeable about advertising trivia? This committee is for you! Research trivia that will leave your peers in mental angst at this annual competition.

Social Activities: When not rushing between deadlines and appointments, we ad folks like to have fun and relax! Come up with cool and exciting events for us to get together.
